Major Funding Round
Stylework, a SaaS-based flexible workspace aggregator, has successfully raised ₹30 crore in its pre-Series B funding round. The lead investor was Equentis Angel Fund, with strong participation from Karekeba Ventures / Cogniphy AIF Fund, LetsVenture, MoneyVyapaar, and other existing backers.
Strategic Use of the Capital
With this infusion of funds, Stylework plans to:
Boost its AI-driven marketplace, enhancing its platform for workspace operators, corporate clients, and channel partners.
Build robust predictive analytics tools and utilization-vs-cost dashboards to optimize workspace management.
Expand aggressively across India — reaching tier-1, tier-2, and tier-3 cities — as well as into international markets.
Recruit leadership talent in key areas, including product development, enterprise growth, and business development.
Business Model & Differentiation
Stylework operates on an aggregator model, connecting large enterprises with coworking and managed office operators. Its unique value proposition is a Master Service Agreement (MSA) framework, which allows corporations to access a unified network of workspaces nationwide without onboarding each vendor separately. This structure helps companies manage their workspace portfolios more efficiently, driving both flexibility and cost optimization.
Company Performance & Scale
The company reports profitability over the last year while scaling its operations.
It has achieved an annualized GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) of around ₹280 crore, reflecting strong business volume.
Stylework has sold more than 70,000 seats and expanded its presence to over 125 cities.
It collaborates with 650+ coworking and managed office operators, covering more than 5,000 centers across its network.
Vision & Market Outlook
Stylework’s Founder & CEO, Sparsh Khandelwal, believes that India’s flexible workspace market is on the brink of a major transformation, projecting a $10 billion flex portfolio over the next 2–3 years. He emphasizes that Stylework’s data-led aggregator model uniquely positions it as a bridge between enterprises and the broader workspace ecosystem.
From the investors’ side, Manish Goel, Managing Director of Equentis, highlights that the shift to serviced and managed offices is accelerating. He believes Stylework’s technology backbone, strong operator network, and sustainable growth model will help it capitalize on this trend.
Industry Potential
The flexible office market in India is currently valued around $3.5 billion and is expected to grow to more than $11 billion by 2028–2029. Stylework, through its SaaS marketplace and product suite (such as its Flexboard offering), is well-placed to capture this upside by scaling its operator network and deepening enterprise engagement.
